Bagatsing also actively donated books, food, and clothing during difficult times like the last typhoon that hit the Philippines alongside the Mahal Foundation, established in 2004 by Deo Palma. Raymond shares a side to him that’s not well known, his humanitarian heart. Raymond is often cast as a villain in his roles.
